Limited Capacity seats available

Yoga calls us to be aware of creating positive transformations on the mat and off of the mat. We cannot create true change if we ignore that yoga in the west has a specific socioeconomic group benefiting from it on the larger scale, while others often miss out or do not feel comfortable in the spaces that have been created. This conversation is to create awareness about how privilege, race, sexuality and size are overlooked or disregarded in the yoga teaching and yoga participant communities. Yoga teachers will discuss their experiences, we will discuss statistics, facts, thoughts from students and how to consciously create equity and support to benefit everyone.
